Responsibilities
Install countertops, backsplashes, tile, vanities, showers, tubs, and bathroom fixtures.
Read and interpret job specifications, measurements, and installation drawings.
Ensure accurate, clean, and professional installations.
Perform on-site modifications and adjustments as needed.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site.
Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide feedback and installation guidance on our product, processes, and improvement opportunities
Communicate professionally with customers and project managers.
Qualifications
Proven experience installing countertops, tile, and bathroom remodeling projects.
Valid driver's license and current insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely.
Bonus
Own and operate your own (A-frame) truck or vehicle
Ability to move and transport countertops, backsplashes, tile, vanities, showers, tubs, and bathroom fixtures from manufacturing facility to job site
Experience with quartz, granite, porcelain, and/or solid surface countertop installations.
Knowledge of waterproofing systems and tile layout.
General plumbing or finish carpentry experience is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who is a reliable and experienced driver to join the team as a contract Logistics Coordinator & Driver to oversee product receiving, transportation, and delivery of raw materials, fresh seafood, and other products to customers. Receiving will take place in Ukiah, and products will need to be delivered from Ukiah to the San Francisco Bay Area, (and optionally) throughout San Francisco & East Bay. This is a contract part-time ongoing position with possibly to extending into a full-time contract. Deliveries will take place approximately 2-3 days per week on a consistent basis to start, with opportunities for additional work.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven contract Architectural Surfaces Sales & Account Manager to develop and grow business with architects, designers, contractors, developers, fabricators, and other industry professionals. This is a contract role, with commission-based compensation. This role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and overseeing sales from lead qualification to deal close on architectural surface products and solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience in architectural materials, surfaces, interiors, construction, design, or related industries, with a strong understanding of the A&D community and a proven ability to generate sales through relationship development and project specification.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, fabricators, and dealers.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, presentations, showroom visits, project outreach, and industry events.
Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Promote and specify architectural surface products, materials, and solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Identify upcoming projects and influence material selections during the design and specification process.
Conduct product presentations, continuing education programs, lunch-and-learns, and client meetings.
Provide samples, technical information, pricing, and product recommendations to clients.
Track projects from initial specification through purchasing, transportation, fabrication, and installation.
Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, and assets while following up consistently to close opportunities.
Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, manufacturing, and business strategy teams to ensure excellent client experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, project pipelines, and account activity.
Attend trade shows, industry events, design conferences, and networking opportunities.
Stay current on architectural design trends, material innovations, competitive products, and industry developments.
Meet or exceed established sales, margin, and business-development goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or specification experience, preferably within architectural surfaces, building materials, interiors, construction, or a related industry.
Existing relationships within the architecture and design (A&D), commercial interiors, construction, or fabrication communities strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of architectural materials and the project specification process.
Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales software tools such as Hubspot, Google Workspace, Shopify, and etc.
Willingness to travel locally and attend client meetings and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in business, design, architecture, marketing, or a related field is preferred
