We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Artisan / Associate to support the hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, and installation of countertops, wall tile, flooring, and furniture products. Ideal candidates are comfortable in a manufacturing workshop environment, understand material behavior, and take pride in craft precision and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Manufacturing
Measure and mix raw materials.
Pour and level casts into mold.
Monitor curing times and environmental conditions to ensure consistency.
Fabrication, Finishing & Quality Control
Fabricate custom countertops, tile, and furniture according to specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision using a variety of power tools
Inspect cast pieces for defects, cracks, or inconsistencies.
Sand, polish, and finish surfaces to achieve targeted outcomes
Ensure visual consistency across batches and maintain product standards.
Shop & Equipment Maintenance
Operate and maintain shop equipment
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
Track inventory of materials and consumables; assist in restocking needs.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work with design or R&D teams to experiment with new processes, materials, and equipment
Provide guidance on process improvements, efficiency gains, installation, and fabrication research and development
Qualifications:
Experience in countertop fabrication, furniture making, tile installation, or bathroom remodeling preferred.
Prior experience manufacturing products with cultured marble, engineered stone, terrazzo, concrete casting, or similar materials.
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in casting and finishing processes.
Physically able to lift molds, handle materials, and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a production environment.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work.

We are looking for a skilled Minerals Processing Technician with hands-on experience working with powders and bulk solids. This role involves production and processing of powdered materials. You will be responsible for operating equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring consistency, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Powder Handling & ProcessingSafely handle raw biomass and powdered materials
Operate machinery for processing powders.
Prepare materials according to batch sheets and product specifications
Monitor particle specifications during processing.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Procure, set up, operate, and clean equipment.
Ensure machinery is running efficiently, perform routine equipment inspections and support preventative maintenance.
Quality & Safety Control
Conduct in-process and quality control checks
Record test results and production data in compliance with SOPs.

We’re looking for someone who is a reliable and experienced driver to join the team as an Delivery Driver to drive and deliver fresh seafood and other products to wholesalers, restaurants, and customers. Deliveries will take place either from Ukiah to the San Francisco Bay Area, or throughout San Francisco & East Bay. This is a part-time / contract position, for 2 days per week on a consistent basis - with opportunities for additional work.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and optimizing delivery routes to maximize efficiency
Load, transport, and deliver seafood products to customer locations
Maintain accurate records of client sales orders, receipts, invoices, and accounts information.
Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards during transit
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment and delivery of orders
